Adams Life Brokerage will pay incentive bonuses to new brokerage agents on paid premium starting at just $15,000 from the contracting effective date with ALB Insurance Marketing through the first twelve months! You must write at least 5 applications to qualify. See below for details:

How it works:

You refer an agent that you feel would represent ALB in a positive manner. We contact the agent and establish a relationship. We get the agent contracted with one or more of our carriers.

How do you benefit:

Once the new agent places at least $1,000 of annualized life premium or $10,000 of annuity premium within the first twelve months of being contracted you will receive a bonus check of $150.

If they place $1,000 life your total bonus is $150.
If they place $15,000 life your total bonus is $500.
If they place $20,000 life your total bonus is $750.
If they place $50,000 life your total bonus is $1700.

In addition to the bonuses, when an agent helps us bring in more premium, it is much easier for us to increase your commission based on the combined production between you and the referred agent.

How does the referred agent benefit:

First the agent will get access to the multiple carriers we represent plus the quality service we try provide for all our agents. In addition, the new agent will be eligible for our Fast Start Program and our New Agent Bonus Program (please see attached documents).

Within the first 3 months from your initial contract date through ALB you will receive:

$50 Bonus for your 1st paid application (min target premium is $500 annually).
$150 Additional Bonus on your third paid application.
$250 Additional Bonus on your fifth paid application.

The minimum target annual premium per case is $500 ($41.66 mthly premium). So if you pay for 5 applications totaling $2500 or more of target premium within the first three months of being contracted with ALB Ins. Mktg as a new agent you will receive bonus’s totaling $450. In addition this production will go towards the above 12 month bonus program.
