A.L.B. Insurance Marketing offers the highest quality mortgage leads. Our leads are distributed the day they are received via e-mail, fax, or directly to your business reply mail account. By distributing leads daily and mailing all our leads first class mail, our agents get a significant advantage over other lead providers.
A.L.B. Insurance Marketing offers three Lead Programs. Participation in all Lead Programs require all production generated from the leads to be written through A.L.B. Insurance Marketing. We are not in the lead generation business to make money selling leads, but to generate production through our various carriers.
1) Cash Order: We will mail your area first class mail, process your responses, and e-mail or fax your leads to you the day they come in. We will provide the highest street level compensation that you qualify for based on demonstrated production. The minimum order is 1000 mail pieces at a cost of $.45 per piece. Discounted rates for larger orders can be negotiated. The Mortgage Lead Order Form plus a check made out to A.L.B. Insurance Marketing is required in advance.
2) Lead Purchase Program : A.L.B. will coop the lead cost with qualified agents in areas where leads are available. The cost to the agent and coop portion offered by A.L.B. will vary per county. Only agents with proof of production and the ability to prepay for leads will be allowed to participate in this program. Please contact us for availability and pricing in given counties.
3) MGA Lead Program: If you have a group of agents or wish to recruit a group of agents to work a geographical area, A.L.B. will work with you to customize a lead program to fit your specific needs. We can train you on appointment setting, presentation, and follow up. We can coop the lead cost and help you recruit agents. And we offer exclusive territories. We will mail your territory for you and only you.
