Adams Life Brokerage Inc. was formed in 1996 by Principal Matthew Adams Pashby. Matt has built a strong agent base and works hard to maintain quality business while increasing premium every year. Tammy has been with A.L.B. as Regional and New Business Manager since April, 2005. She has many years of life insurance experience including a role as Assistant Vice President, New Business Operations for Americo Financial. Departments under her management included New Business, Underwriting and Mortgage processing. She also spent time as an agent selling life and annuities prior to starting with A.L.B. Insurance Marketing.
Ed has been with A.L.B. since its inception, serving as Regional Vice President, recruiting and training agents primarily in Texas. Ed has worked in the Insurance industry for over 37 years with experience as an agent, Field Sales Manager, Home Office DI Sales Specialist, and Training Director for a major Texas insurance company.
With seven years in insurance marketing, Shawn manages and recruits agents in the term, whole life and annuity markets. Amanda joined Adams Life Brokerage in Feb 2011 as an admin. assistant and was recently promoted to Annuity Consultant. Alex specializes in marketing fixed and indexed annuities. With 6 years of experience in annuity marketing, he has an extensive knowledge of the relevant products and insurance companies that are available to independent insurance agents and financial advisors. With his working knowledge, Alex assists agents in presenting the most appropriate and competitive annuity products to their clients. He can assist you with annuity cases of any kind, and is capable of providing complete support to individual agents as well as large wholesale distributors.
Ron specializes in annuity and complex case design. He brings a unique perspective to the annuity industry with an educational background focused on financial markets. After completeing undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and completing his Masters at the London School of Economics, he began consulting with advisors and wholesale distributors nationwide. With four years of annuity marketing experience, Ron has accumulated an extensive understanding of annuity products and their relative positioning in any financial market climate. Ron can assist you with all of your annuity and case design questions.
Mike brings over15 years of insurance experience. Mike has trained, coached, and managed sales professionals in the Insurance Industry. He specializes in helping insurance sales professionals develop and execute their financial goals. Prior to ALB, Mike served in the leadership team for Bank of America Insurance Services. Mike's team of agents were recognized across the nation for their high level of sales and quality of business. He is very knowledgeable and driven to our agents success. His drive is to maximize their earning potential by training, coaching, and recognition.
Rudy brings 20 years of hands-on, hard knocks experience in recruiting, coaching and managing business professionals in the Insurance Industry. His field of expertise is helping insurance sales professionals develop and execute a specialize sales and marketing plan while implementing a recruiting campaign to those who want to build a sales team. Prior to ALB Rudy served as Regional Vice President for FIC Insurance Group where his group of agents and district managers were recognized across the country for their high level of premium and quality of business. Brandi serves as Office Manager of A.L.B. and plays a major role in assisting agents with day to day application processing. She reviews each new business application as well as contracting paperwork to ensure everything needed is received to complete the process. She handles all follow up until app is paid or contract is complete. Brandi also oversees our mortgage lead distribution.
Teresa hs 7+ years experience in the insurance industry with primary focus on agent contracting and licensing. Having previous wholesaler experience before ALB, she's had extensive hands on experience with contracting, annuity and life new business processing and appointment setting. Teresa will make sure that agents are contracted with the carriers of their choice, remain in compliance with those carriers and provide excellent agent support throughout the process.
